1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LiveSelect.io, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

LiveSelect.io provides event management software to help organizations manage participant registrations and workshop selections. You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

  • First edition of your event is free (contact us at contact@liveselect.io to claim)
  • 0-200 participants: €0.50 per participant
  • 201-500 participants: €0.40 per participant
  • 501-1,000 participants: €0.30 per participant
  • 1,001-5,000 participants: €0.20 per participant
  • 5,001+ participants: €0.10 per participant

Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may result in service interruption.

4. User Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you input into our system. We will not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

LiveSelect.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
